Zoo May-nia

Another wonderful May Wednesday at the zoo! Heres what I came up with yesterday. I have kind of hit a snag. I need to/am going to start studying the animals and anatomy at home during the week so when I go to the zoo it is easier to do accurate drawings, especially of the animals that move more.

Elephants are where it's at

Yet another wednesday at the zoo. Im starting to get the hang of it.. my pen broke part way into the day and it started raining so it wasnt as eventful as last wednesday but no complaints. The Zoo is always good times.

Mating Season!

Another Wednesday at the Zoo. It was a pretty eventful day! The sun is out, the leaves are budding and love is in the air... its MATING SEASON. We saw a couple of Canadian Geese with chicks, a Peacock with its tail out trying to get some, Jaguars did it right infront of the zoo keepers and then battled right after and the cheetahs caught a goose and tore it to bloody shreds and had a feast. It was good times had all around.
