Under Tha Sea! ....Soto-licious

Been really hyped on Jeff Soto's stuff since I saw his book at the booksale. So just did a quick sketch for fun.

The Hotness

Grabbed the alberto ruiz sketchbook today from the roadshow and was messing around trying to draw hot girls. Heres what I came up with. Its referenced from a pic of Vida Guerra.. just for the pose mostly I wasnt going for a likeness. Although shes finer then a clean up line via Enzo's class.

Cafe Drawing Mania

Ive been doing a lot of cafe drawing lately and haven't had the time to scan them all so here is a page I did monday on our 3 hour break and during history class. As well a second small bunch I did on tuesday at one point.

Gang Related

Heres a sketch I did inspired by Jeff Thompson's "girl gang" piece. Even though doing girls is way more creative and less played out lol So i guess this is my lame version of it haha. Originally that "pusherman" drawing was going to be a gang but I finished the one guy and got tired of doing it so I kinda went with the flow. This one I did in the car on the way to buffalo as a second try.

Me Myself and I

After checking out the Amazing Action Ape! (c)(trademark amazing action ape 2007) 's blog and seeing his new portrait he did.. it inspired me to give it a run. I am still working on my line quality when drawing with tablets.. mine is still very poor and I still am working on my patience to go in and fix it up. It took me about 35-40 mins from start to finish. I dont know how ape puts in overtime with his 2 and a half hours.. hes a beast. Anyways ill get off his dick and let you enjoy!
